Checked in on line. I showed up 2 min before appointment.. The lady stylist called someone off the board that was below me and then she moved me to the bottom of the list. I ended up waiting 40 minutes to get a haircut and will never come back again.

Overall experience was not great this place is not like what it used to be I use to get my haircut there all the time I loved it but it went downhill I had gotten cut from my stylist today and she did not bother to tell me it was a bad cut on my ear I have never gotten a cut on my ear from any haircut before. I would never go back there again.

I have been taking my older teenager here for awhile and been pleased with his hair so I took my younger one today as well. He wanted to go to his usual place but due to time I just took them both here. His haircut is horrible she never even used a scissors just a clippers. I said I wanted it short on the side and longer on top because he always spikes his hair on top with gel. She asked me what clippers number on top and I didn’t realize until she was shaving the top that’s what she meant. I said I don’t want it any shorter and she kept going. He hates his hair and keeps telling me all night he never wants it this short again. I know it’s hair and will grow out but we leave for vacation in two days and he has never had a shaved head like this. With tip I spent $40 for this, I could have taken out our clippers and done that. I have never paid for a haircut where they never used a scissors. I won’t bring him back here as it’s the worse haircut he has ever gotten and usually his hair is so cute and stylish.
